中英两国警察休假制度对比研究

A Comparative Study on the Holiday Systems of Chinese and British Policemen

作为一种国际制度和惯例,休假制度是提升人民生活水平、完善人权制度的重要保障。英国政府建立了符合警察职业特色的休假制度,其年假、病假及产假制度充分考虑到警察工作的艰苦性、危险性和紧张性,在维护警察休息休假权利、调动警察的工作积极性方面起到了积极作用。对比研究中英两国警察的休假制度,可以为我国警察的休假制度改革提供借鉴,从而将从优待警政策落实到实处。

As an international system and convention, holiday system is an important guarantee to improve people＇s living standards and the human rights system. The British government established a holiday system suitable for the vocational characteristics of policemen, giving full considerations to the arduousness,danger and nervousness of their work in the system of annual vacation, sick leave and maternity leave, in order to maintain the holiday entitlement of policemen and also stimulate their working enthusiasm. Through a comparative study on the holiday systems of Chinese and British policemen, we aim to provide a reference for the holiday system for policemen in China, so as to give preferential treatment to policemen.
