摘要
双语师资水平是决定中外合作办学项目人才培养质量的关键因素之一。目前双语师资建设存在着师资数量不足、双语教学质量不高、双语教师激励机制单一等问题,严重制约了中外合作办学项目人才培养质量的提高。为解决这一问题,相关院校需要对双语师资建设进行长远规划,采取请进来与走出去相结合、加强教师日常交流、完善激励机制等措施切实有效地提高双语师资的水平。
The level of bilingual teachers is one of the key factors to improve the quality of personnel training in Sino- foreign cooperative education. At present, there are a number of problems,such as insufficient bilingual teachers, inferior bilingual education, the single incentive mechanism for bilingual teachers, which seriously restrict the improvement of the quality of personnel training in Sino- foreign cooperative education. In order to improve the bilingual education, we should take a series of measures, such as a long- term planning of bilingual teachers' cultivation, talent introducing and sending out, close exchanges and cooperation among teachers and perfect incentive mechanism, to improve the level of bilingual teachers.
