摘要
教师是与学生相对应的概念,教师也是因教而存在。要探讨教师观的演变,最直接有效的还是从各个时代的人才需求着手,把教师放在一个比较本体的环境中来加以审视,抛却教师作为教师以外的因素干扰,对教师观的演变做个梳理,从而找到对现代教师教育的一些有益启示。
Teacher is a definition that corresponds to student, so teacher exists because of teaching. The most direct and effective exploration of the evolution of teacher concept is to start from talent demands in different eras, reviewing teacher in a relatively noumenal environment, and ignoring the interference of factors beyond teacher, in order to summarize the evolution of teacher concept and find some beneficial inspirations for contemporary teacher education.
