“楚天技能名师”教学岗位建设与管理思考

Pondering on the Teaching Post Construction and Management of "Chutian Skillful Teachers"

本文是基于我校作为湖北省教育厅准予建设"楚天技能名师"教学岗位的条件下,对这一教学岗位在学校建设和管理方面的实践做了纵向自我综合和横向分析。通过总结对比提出了对这一岗位建设和管理的几点意见,以期探索将这一岗位在职业院校专业建设和发展中如何呈现利益最大化。

Based on the condition that Hubei Provincial Department of Education has given permission to the teaching post construction of ＂Chutian skillful teachers＂ in our college, this paper makes a vertical self- summarization and lateral analysis on the teaching post in the practice of both college construction and management. Through summarization and comparison, we propose several suggestions on the construction and management of the post, hoping to explore how to maximize the benefit of the post in the professional construction and development of vocational colleges.
