On the Acceleration of Teachers' Growth through the Integration of Kindergarten-based Teaching Research

摘要 一所好的幼儿园,肯定有一支优良的教师队伍。《幼儿园教育纲要》中指出:以幼儿园为主阵地,以教师和幼儿为主体,以幼儿园在教育教学中的问题为研究对象,以促进幼儿园发展和教师专业水平提高为目的的园本教研,是提高幼儿园管理水平、引领教师专业成长、打造优秀教师团队的有效途径。 A good kindergarten must be supported by an excellent teacher team. It is pointed out in "Outline of Kindergarten Edu- cation" that: an effective approach to improve the level of kinder- garten management, guide teachers' professional growth and es- tablish an excellent teacher team is kindergarten-based teaching research which takes the kindergarten as the main position, teachers and children as the principal part, problems in kinder- garten education and teaching as the research object, and pro- moting kindergarten development and improving teachers' pro- fessional level as the purpose.
