摘要 幼儿教师科学素养的提升具有重要意义,是公众科学素养提升、幼儿身心全面和谐发展、幼儿教师个人专业成长的客观要求。我们应从幼儿教师职前教育和职后培训、专家引领、自主学习、社会支持等渠道促进幼儿教师科学素养的提升。 The improvement of preschool teachers' quality is of great significance, as it is an objective requirement of the improvement of public scientific quality, the comprehensive and harmonious development of children and the professional growth of preschool teachers. The scientific quality of preschool teachers should be improved from multiple channels such as pre- service and in- service training, expert guidance, autonomous learning,social support and so on.
