摘要
本文以120名贵州某中医院校大学生为被试,采用被试间设计,旨在探测不同类型自我关注对其情绪状态的影响。结果发现,不同类型自我关注对贵州中医类院校大学生的情绪状态有不同影响。具体表现为,积极自我关注可提升大学生的情绪状态,而消极自我关注则可降低此状态。
The present study chose 120 students from Guiyang University of TCM as the participants, aiming to investigate the association between different types of self- focus and mood state.Analyses indicated that different types of self- focus had different effects on mood state of Guiyang University of TCM. Specifically,mood state increased in positive self- focus condition and decreased in negative self- focus condition, but remained unchanged in neutral self- focus condition.
