在我国,西餐经过100多年的不断渗透与发展后,逐渐适应了我国的国情和行业特点,越来越接近平民化,越来越贴近老百姓。从消费的角度看,西餐已经渐渐融入了人们的生活,已经逐渐地构成了足以冲击我国餐饮市场的饮食潮流。
