“90后”大学生人格教育的实践研究

摘要 大学时代是学生人格重塑的关键期,本文利用了西方积极人格学和成熟人格学的理论研究成果,并结合我国"90后"大学生人格中理想信念淡薄、个性突出但共情意识弱、时代感强但创新意识相对滞后、勇于实践但抗挫折能力差等时代特征,通过探索"90后"大学生人格教育的原则,提出坚持主流的价值观引导和灵活的教育方式相结合、坚持"知情意"相结合、坚持实践教育与社会锻炼相结合、坚持传统教育与创新教育相结合等原则,最终将"90后"的大学生培养成具有自我扩展能力、自我接纳能力、与他人热情交往能力,并能自觉融入社会,依靠个人的能力创造新价值的人。 College time is the key period to the remodeling of students’ personality. Using the results of theoretical studies of Western positive personality science and mature personality science, combined with the characteristics of contemporary Chinese "post-90s" college students’ personality, such as being weak in ideal and faith, having prominent personality but having a weak sense of empathy, having a strong sense of the times but having a relatively backward awareness of innovation, having the courage to practice but having poor ability of anti-frustration, this paper explores and proposes the principles of the personality education for "post-90s" college students, such as adhering to the combination of mainstream values guidance and flexible ways of education, adhering to the combination of "knowledge, emotion and will", adhering to the combination of practice education and social practice, adhering to the combination of traditional education and innovative education and so on. The aim is to cultivate "post-90s" college students to be useful talents with the abilities of self-development, self-acceptance and enthusiastic communication, and the abilities of autonomously integrating into society and creating new value relying on individual abilities.
