摘要
中职教育因其在社会和经济发展中所起的重要作用,越来越受到国家和人民的重视。中职教育质量的提高很大程度上有赖于教师的专业发展水平。研究认为,教师相互合作,构建教师合作文化,可以促进教师的专业发展。同时,教师的专业发展也可以促进教师更高水平的合作。所以,研究者要关注专业发展视域下中职教师合作文化的建构研究。
Due to the important role of secondary vocational education in the social and economic development, more and more importance has been attached to it by the country and people.The improvement of secondary vocational education quality depends largely on the professional development of secondary vocational teachers. Research shows that teachers’ mutual cooperation and the construction of teachers’ cooperation culture can promote teachers’ professional development. At the same time, teachers’ professional development can also promote teachers’ higher level of cooperation. Therefore, researchers should pay attention to the construction of secondary vocational teachers’ cooperation culture in the perspective of professional development.
