摘要
在高等教育大众化的背景下,因受到生源的影响,地方高校本科学生的学习状态和学习效果不尽如人意,学业导师制的实施可以有效解决这个问题,对提高本科生学业水平起到关键作用,有着积极的指导意义。
The undergraduates’ learning state and effect at local colleges and universities are unsatisfactory in the background of popularization of higher education, because of students’ sources.The academic tutorial system is provided to solve this problem effectively. It plays a key role and has a positive significance to improve undergraduates’ academic level.
