摘要
基于小学教育专业硕士研究生教学实践技能培养的基础性教学实践能力参差不齐、应用性教学实践能力有待完善、发展性教学实践能力不尽如人意的现状基础上,本文分析了导致问题的原因有:教学理论缺乏对教学实践的有效指导、人才培养模式的针对性不强以及教学实践技能训练的开展不充分。
Based on an investigation on the problems existing in the cultivation of the teaching practice skills of postgraduates majoring in primary school education, such as uneven fundamental teaching practice ability, poor applied teaching practice ability, and less impressive developmental teaching practice ability,this paper analyzes the causes of the above problems, including insufficiency in the effective guidance for teaching practice by teaching theories, less targeted talent cultivation mode and inadequate implementation of teaching practice skills training.
