城乡义务教育一体化存在的问题及对策研究——以内蒙古自治区包头市为例

摘要 教育公平是社会公平的重要体现,义务阶段教育的均衡发展更是实现教育公平之根。本文吸收借鉴其他地区城乡教育一体化模式,探讨包头市城乡义务教育阶段在学校布局、教育投入、师资水平等方面存在的问题,提出解决这些问题的对策,以期对包头市城乡义务教育均衡发展有所帮助。 Educational equity is an important reflection of social equity, and the balanced development of compulsory education is the very foundation of educational equity. By referring to the model of urban and rural education integration in other regions,this paper explores the problems existing in school distribution,education investment and teaching staff of urban and rural compulsory education in Baotou City, and proposes the countermeasures for these problems, hoping to help the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education in Baotou City.
