摘要
"秧田式座位安排"是我国小学教育中比较常见的座位安排方式,本研究基于对现状的调查而展开,从座位安排的依据、座位更换周期、学生对座位的期待、就座位置与教育资源的享用之间的关系等维度设计问卷并认真收集资料细致分析,从而提出了优化秧田式座位安排的建议。
"Field-like seat arrangement" is a common style of seat arrangement in China’s primary school education. After designing the questionnaire from such dimensions as the criterion of seat arrangement, the cycle time of seat change, students’ anticipations for their seats, the relationship between seats and education resources sharing and so on, this paper carried out an investigation on its current situation, meticulously analyzed the materials collected, and then proposed suggestions to optimize the field-like seat arrangement.
