摘要
研究基于当下小学学校德育的开展情况与小学生认知水平的特点,提出有针对性的利于小学生有效参与竞选的实施办法,同时考虑到家庭、学校、社会等因素对小学生参加班干部竞选在德育参与下的影响作用。功利性德育导致小学生当班干部的利己性,而服务性德育则为了使小学生获得双赢,实现竞选班干部利人利己。本研究从小学德育的视角,理解小学德育如何及怎样影响小学生班干部竞选,并从竞选目的、行为、作用对小学生心理进行剖析。
Based on the present situation of the primary school moral education and the characteristics of primary school students’ cognitive level, this study puts forward the measures to effectively participate in the election of primary school students,taking into account the influence of family, school, society and so on. Utilitarian moral education makes primary school student cadres only consider for themselves, while service-oriented moral education aims to achieve a win-win effect. From the perspective of moral education in primary schools, this paper elaborates how primary school moral education influence the election of primary school student cadres, and analyzes primary school students’ psychologies from the aim, behavior and role of election.
