摘要
本文借助软件Word Smith Tools 6.0,从数量、频次和分布这三个方面出发,对初中英语教材Go for it中的搭配进行了分析。研究发现:(1)Go for it中的搭配数量满足课程标准的要求;(2)低频搭配数量多。教材中共有154个搭配出现在6次以下,占总数的73.7%;(3)分布在各年级教材中的搭配在数量上没有显著性差异。但当考虑到搭配分布和频次关系的时候,研究发现有的搭配尽管出现频次高,分布范围却很窄。
With the help of the software Word Smith 6.0, this study analyzed the collocations in a textbook series for junior high school students—Go for it, from the aspects of number, frequency and distribution. This study found that:(1) The number of collocations meets the requirement of National English Curriculums for Nine-year Compulsory Education.(2) The majority of collocations occur in low frequency. There are 154 collocations occurring less than six times, accounting for 73.7% of the total collocations.(3) There are no big differences of the number of collocations among different textbook series. But when thinking about the relationship between the distribution and frequency of them,this study found that though some collocations occur with high frequency, the distribution is in a narrow range.
