地方工科高校招生宣传工作及评价指标研究

Research on the Enrollment Propaganda and Evaluation Indices of Local Engineering Colleges and Universities

生源质量对高校的人才培养质量至关重要。在高校生源数量趋于下降的大前提下,高校招生竞争将愈加激烈,招生宣传在招生工作中的地位变得更加举足轻重。本文通过研究当前地方工科高校招生宣传工作存在的问题,分析其弊端,提出现阶段招生宣传应采取的主要途径,并对评价指标进行分析,从而为现有招生宣传工作提出合理的建议,为进一步提高地方工科高校招生宣传水平提供帮助与指导。

The quality of source of students is very important for the talent training quality of the colleges and universities. In the case of continuous decrease of source of students, enrollment competition of the colleges and universities will be increasingly fierce. Thus the status of the enrollment propaganda becomes more important for the enrollment work. Through putting forward the current problems in the enrollment propaganda of local engineering colleges and universities, the shortcomings are analyzed and the main ways which should be taken at the present stage of enrollment propaganda are proposed. The evaluation indices are also studied. Therefore, reasonable suggestions for enrollment propaganda work at present are put forward and further assistance and guidance are provided for improving the enrollment propaganda of the colleges and universities.
