Strategic Planning Analysis and Strategic Layout of College Libraries at Home and Abroad

为了适应新的环境与需求,图书馆战略规划与布局逐渐被人们重视并发展起来。图书馆战略规划与布局包括对理念的研究与实施以及制定步骤和内容框架。近年来,国外首先对图书馆战略规划进行研究,并在许多大学内进行实践。而对于国内来说,图书馆战略规划刚刚进入理论研究阶段,具体开展的实践还比较少,经验还不充足。本文以综合理论为基础,探究国内外大学图书馆战略规划与布局。

To adapt to the new environment and meet the new need, the strategic planning and layout of libraries has been attached to more and more importance and developed gradually.The strategic planning and layout of libraries includes the research and implementation of ideas, as well as the formulation of procedures and a content framework. In recent years, the strategic planning of libraries has been studied in foreign countries first and it has been practiced in many colleges, while it has just entered the stage of theoretical study in China and there is little practice and experience. Based on the comprehensive theory, this paper explores the strategic planning and layout of college libraries at home and abroad.
