摘要
非智力因素影响高职生英语学习绩效,但当前相关实证研究较为缺乏。本研究从英语学习动机、外语课堂焦虑、内外性格、自尊及学习态度五个方面进行调查。研究结果表明,高职生英语学习成绩与内部动机呈正相关,而英语学习成绩与外语课堂焦虑呈负相关。英语学习动机与内部动机、外部动机和学习态度呈正相关,内部动机与外部动机、学习态度呈正相关,外部动机与学习态度呈正相关。内部动机对英语学习成绩有正向预测作用。在实证调查的基础上,该研究提出相应的教育教学对策。
Non-intelligence factors affect higher vocational students’ English learning performance, but there are few relevant empirical studies at present. This paper launches an investigation from such five aspects as English learning motivation, foreign language class anxiety, internal and external character, self-esteem and learning attitude. The research result shows that higher vocational students’ English learning performance is positively correlated with intrinsic motivation, while English learning performance is negatively correlated with foreign language class anxiety. English learning motivation is positively correlated with intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation and learning attitude,and intrinsic motivation is positively correlated with extrinsic motivation and learning attitude, and extrinsic motivation is also positively correlated with learning attitude. Intrinsic motivation positively predicts English learning performance. Based on the empirical investigation, this paper puts forward corresponding education and teaching countermeasures.
