经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症所致尿路梗阻的疗效观察

Observation of curative effects of transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of urinary tract obstruction induced by hyperplasia of prostate

目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生症所致尿路梗阻的临床效果。方法选取2013年6月~2015年6月我院收治的84例患有前列腺增生症所致尿路梗阻疾病的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组42例。对照组患者采用常规手术方式治疗,治疗组患者采用经尿道前列腺电切术,对比两组患者排尿功能恢复正常时间、术后下床活动时间、前列腺疾病住院治疗总时间、前列腺增生症所致尿路梗阻疾病的手术治疗效果、接受手术治疗期间出现的不良反应。结果治疗组患者排尿功能恢复正常时间、手术后下床活动时间、前列腺疾病住院治疗总时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）;前列腺增生症所致尿路梗阻疾病的手术治疗效果明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）;接受手术治疗期间出现的不良反应明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论应用经尿道前列腺电切术对患有前列腺增生症所致尿路梗阻疾病的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Objective To study the clinical effects of transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of patients with urinary tract obstruction induced by hyperplasia of prostate. Methods A total of 84 patients with urinary tract obstruction induced by hyperplasia of prostate who were admitted to out hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected.They were randomly assigned to the control group and the treatment group, with 42 patients in each group. Regular surgical pro cedures were applied in the treatment for the patients in the control group;Transurethral resection of prostate was applied in the treatment for the patients in the treatment group. Time of urinary function resuming to normal, off-bed activity time after surgery, total length of stay for the prostate disease, surgical effects of urinary tract obstruction induced by hyperplasia of prostate, and adverse effects during surgery were compared between the two groups.Results Time of urinary function resuming to normal, off-bed activity time after surgery, and total length of stay for the prostate disease in the treatment group were all shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）; The surgery curative effects on urinary tract obstruction induced by hyperplasia of prostate in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）; The adverse effects during surgery in the treatment group were significantly fewer than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effects of transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of patients with urinary tract obstruction induced by hyperplasia of prostate are significantly obvious.
