激光治疗牙体牙髓牙周病的效果研究

The effect of laser in treatment of tooth pulp periodontal disease

目的探讨激光治疗牙体牙髓牙周病的效果。方法选取2014年2月~2015年2月我院牙科门诊接受治疗的84例牙体牙髓牙周病患者,采用随机数字表法随机分成两组,每组42例,对照组患者在根管治疗的基础上采用药物治疗;观察组患者在对照组的治疗基础上采用激光照射治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、术后疼痛发生率及6个月后牙周探诊深度。结果观察组总有效率为90.48%,明显高于对照组71.43%;观察组术后疼痛发生率为7.14%,明显低于对照组23.81%;术后6个月,观察组患者的平均牙周探诊深度为（3.33±0.52）mm,明显低于对照组的（5.51±0.25）mm。结论应用激光治疗牙体牙髓牙周病有利于提高治疗效果和减轻患者术后的疼痛,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of laser in treatment of tooth pulp periodontal disease. Methods From February 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital,84 cases of tooth pulp periodontal disease patients were divided into two groups,each group of 42 cases, control group with root canal therapy and symptomatic drugs treatment, observation group treated with laser irradiation on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and the incidence of pain after the operation,the depth of periodontal probing and 6 months after diagnosis were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 90.48%, significantly higher than the control group（71.43%）;The incidence of pain in observation group after the operation was 7.14%,was significantly less than the control group（23.81%）;Six months after the surgery, an average depth of periodontal probing diagnosis in observation group was（3.33±0.52） mm,was obviously better than that of control group（5.51±0.25） mm. Conclusion The application of laser in the treatment of tooth pulp periodontal disease can improve the effect,ease the pain of patients after surgery,and it is worthy of promoting.
