通腑泻下法辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效分析

The clinical effect of Tongfu Xiexia decoction in auxiliary treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis

目的探讨通腑泻下法辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）的疗效。方法将我院重症医学科自2010年3月~2015年8月收治的70例SAP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例,其中对照组用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联合通腑泻下法中药辅助治疗。连续治疗1个疗程后比较两组临床疗效、主要症状及体征恢复时间、实验室指标恢复时间、住院时间、中转手术及死亡例数等情况。结果治疗结束后,治疗组总有效率为85.7%,对照组总有效率为74.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组在主要症状及体征恢复时间、实验室相关指标恢复时间及平均住院时间方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但两组在中转手术例数及死亡率方面无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论通腑泻下法辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎具有良好的疗效,能促进胃肠功能早期恢复,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Tongfu Xiexia decoction in auxiliary treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods From March 2010 to August 2015, a total of 70 cases of patients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 40 cases in each group, the control group was given conventional treatment, and the treatment group was given Tongfu Xiexia decoction on the basis of conventional treatment. After one course of treatment, the clinical effect rate, the main symptoms and signs of recovery time,the laboratory indexes of recovery time, the hospitalization time, the number of cases of operation and mortality in transit were compared. Results After the treatment, the clinical effect rate in the treatment group（85.7%） was much higher than that in the control group（74.3%）, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）, the aspect of the main symptoms and signs of recovery time, the laboratory indexes of recovery time and the hospitalization time in the treatment group were also much better than that in the control group, with significant difference（ P〈0.05）, but in the aspect of the number of cases of operation and mortality in transit weren＇t with the significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Tongfu Xiexia decoction for severe acute pancreatitis has a good curative effect, and can promote the early recovery of gastrointestinal function, should be promoted and applied.
