Rural Landscape Planning Design Research of the Northern Region of Heilongjiang Province

黑龙江省北部地区,地广人稀,人均土地面积较多,存在很大的发展空间。近年来,随着国家经济的发展,大力倡导新农村建设,但由于地处国家北部地区,位置较为偏远,国家政策落实慢。黑龙江省北部地区乡村景观规划设计较发达地区相比,规划不合理、生态退化、管理和建设仍存在很多问题,迫切需要对黑龙江省北部地区进行深入研究。

There is a big space for development of the northern region of Heilongjiang province for it is a vast territory with a sparse population. In recent years, due to remote location of the northern region of China, the implementation of state policy lags relatively. Rural landscape planning of northern region of Heilongjiang province has problems of unreasonable design, ecological degradation and lack of management, therefore it need to make deep research on the northern part of Heilongjiang province.
