优质护理服务在高压氧辅助治疗突聋患者中的应用

Application of high quality nursing service in adjunctive hyperbaric oxygen therapy for patients with sudden deafness

目的:探讨优质护理服务在高压氧辅助治疗突聋患者中的应用。方法:将276例接受高压氧辅助治疗突聋患者,依据护理模式不同随机分为观察组140例和对照组136例,观察组给予优质护理服务,对照组给予传统护理,比较两组疗效、疗程完成情况、健康教育掌握情况及满意度。结果:观察组健康教育掌握情况及满意度均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:优质护理服务使突聋患者获得健康知识,坚定战胜疾病的信心,积极配合治疗,值得推广应用。

Objective： To explore the application of high quality nursing service in the treatment of sudden deafness with adjunctive hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Methods： 276 patients with sudden deafness treated with adjunctive hyperbaric oxygen therapy were divided into the observation group（ n = 140） and the control group（ n = 136） according to nursing models. The high quality nursing service was implemented in the observation group and the routine nursing care was taken in the control group. The curative effect and course completion,awareness of health knowledge and satisfaction of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results： The awareness of health knowledge and satisfaction of the patients were better in the observation group than the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The high quality nursing service for patients with sudden deafness can help them gain health knowledge and enhance confidence and treatment compliance of the patients.
