摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在降低门诊西药房调配差错率中的应用,提高门诊西药房精益化管理程度的效果。方法按照品管圈的步骤和方法,分析门诊药房调配差错的原因,针对原因进行对策拟定和对策实施,同时进行效果确认。结果品管圈活动结束后调剂差错率由实施前的1.55%降至0.62%,下降60%。全体圈员能够熟练运用PDCA循环,在个人能力和团队精神等方面有很大提高。结论在门诊西药房开展品管圈活动可行性高,有助于降低调配差错,实现圈员的自我管理,提升药学服务质量。
Objective To investigate the role of Quality Control Circle( QCC) activities in outpatient pharmacy in terms of error rate reduction,to improve the effectiveness of outpatient pharmacy precision management. Methods Follow the steps and methods of QCC to analyze the causes for outpatient pharmacy errors,formulate and carry out countermeasures and confirm the effect. Results After the QCC activities are applied,the error rate drops by 60%,from the original 1. 55% to0. 62. All QCC members are able to use the PDCA cycle well,thus the great improvement in individual abilities and team spirit. Conclusion It is highly feasible to apply the QCC activities in outpatient pharmacy as it can help reduce allocation errors,achieve circle members' self-management,and enhance the quality of service pharmacy.
