摘要
目的探讨Seminar教学法在临床本科诊断教学中的应用价值。方法随机抽取我校2011级临床本科班90名学生,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组给予传统教学方法,实验组给予Seminar教学法结合传统教学模式,比较两组学生的理论成绩和实验成绩。结果实验组的理论考试总分成绩和病例分析题的成绩均高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,实验组技能考核成绩优秀者多于对照组,不及格人数少于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论将Seminar教学法应用于临床本科诊断教学中,可提升学生的学习效果和综合能力。
Objective To explore the application value of Seminar in the diagnosis of clinical undergraduate teaching.Methods Selected 90 students from grade 2011 clinical undergraduates of our university were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was given the traditional teaching method,the experimental group was given seminar teaching method combined with the traditional teaching mode,and the theoretical results and experimental results of the two groups were compared.Results The score of the experimental group and the analyzed of the cases were higher than the control group,P〈0.05,was difference had statistically significance,The score of the experimental group was higher than the control group,but the number of non pass was lower than the control group,P〈0.05,was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion The Seminar teaching method can improve the students' learning effect and comprehensive ability in the teaching of clinical diagnosis.
