摘要
目的探究情境再现在手术室护理教学中的应用,以供临床参考。方法选取我院2014级100例护生作为研究对象,通过随机分组的方法将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组护生采用常规教学方式,观察组护生采用情境再现教学方式,探究两组护生出科理论成绩以及实践成绩的差异性。结果观察组护生的出科理论成绩(89.41±5.14)分及出科实践成绩(91.54±5.47)分与对照组护生的出科理论成绩(71.21±5.01)分及出科实践成绩(72.14±5.97)分相对比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论情境再现在手术室护理教学中具有显著的教学效果,其能够有效提高护生学习的积极性,提高护生的理论成绩以及实践成绩,缓解护生在面对手术室的紧张、恐惧等不良心理情绪。
Objective To explore the application of situation representation in nursing teaching in operation room,for clinical reference.Methods Selected 100 cases of nursing students the class of 2014 in our hospital as the object of study,which were divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group used conventional teaching methods,the observation group used situational teaching reappearance mode,explore nursing students theoretical results and the practical problems of difference by random grouping method.Results The observation group theory results was(89.41±5.14) points and practice results was(91.54±5.47)points and the control group of nursing students,the theoretical results was(71.21±5.01)points and Chuke practice results was(72.14±5.97) points,P〈0.05,was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Situation representation in operation room nursing teaching has significant effect,it can effectively improve the enthusiasm of nursing students,improve the theoretical results and practical results,ease the nursing students in the face of the operation room,fear and other negative psychological mood.
