实验教学改进:血药浓度法估算家兔口服对乙酰氨基酚药动学参数 被引量:2

摘要 血药浓度法估算口服对乙酰氨基酚药动学参数是我校药学专业生物药剂学与药物动力学课程主要的实验内容之一。本文就给药后取血、样品前处理及血药浓度测定方法对原实验进行了改进。结果表明,相对于原实验方法,改进后的实验操作简便、取血顺利;利用差示分光光度法测定血药浓度可提高分析方法灵敏度,减少干扰因素。改进后的实验方法操作行强,具有较好稳定性和重现性,适合实验教学。 Estimation of orally pharmacokinetic parameters of paracetamol by blood method in rabbits is one of the major experiments in the laboratory teaching course on bio-pharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics in pharmaceutical specialty.In this study,the method of obtaining plasma samples,sample preparation,and the assay for determining paracetamol in blood were optimized and improved.Our results showed that the improved method is simple and reliable for obtaining blood samples and pre-treatment,the differential ultraviolet spectrophotometric assay could significantly enhance the sensitivity of measuring analyte in blood.The improved experiment method was demonstrated to be good stability and reproducibility,which is suitable for student experiment in laboratory teaching course.
