儿童呼吸道感染七项常见病毒病原学分析

Analysis Pathogenic of 7 Kinds of Respiratory Tract Virus in Children

目的分析厦门地区儿童呼吸道感染七项常见病毒感染状况,为临床诊疗提供参考。方法回顾性研究2014年11月-2015年10月我院3 631例呼吸道感染患儿鼻咽分泌物标本的七项常见呼吸道病毒（副流感Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型,流感A、B型,呼吸道合胞病毒,腺病毒）抗原检测结果。结果3 631例呼吸道感染患儿共检出阳性标本1 010例,总检出率为27.82%;单一病毒感染907例,构成比为RSV 72.11%、ADV8.38%、IVA 3.97%、IVB 1.65%、PIVI 2.21%、PIVII 0.11%、PIVIII11.58%,病毒感染以1岁以内儿童多见,且流行呈季节规律,支气管肺炎患儿阳性率最高为36.99%,混合感染以RSV合并ADV感染为主。结论我院儿童呼吸道常见七种病毒感染以RSV为主,且病毒感染阳性率与患儿年龄有密切关系。

Objective To investigate the respiratory tract infection situation of 7 common viruses in children in xiaman area and to provide etiological basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Retrospective analyzed3 631 cases with respiratory tract infection common 7 kinds of virus,parainfluenza type of Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,flu type of A,B,respiratory syncytial virus,adenovirus,infection from November 2014 to October 2015 in our hosptial.Results There were 1 010 caseswith positive pathogens in 3 631 cases,the total positive rate was 27.82%,Single virus infection 907 case,the proportion were follows,RSV 72.11%,ADV 8.38%,IVA 3.97%,IVB1.65%,PIVI 2.21%,PIVII 0.11%,PIVIII 11.58%,Infection mainly within1 years of age,and the seasonal pattern of epidemic,The positive rate of children with bronchial pneumonia was 36.99%,Mixed infection with RSV and ADV infection.Conclusion RSV was the most common respiratory tract infection in children in the hospital for 7 kinds of virus infection,and the positive rate of virus infection was closely related to the age of the children.
