探讨外伤性眶壁骨折法医学鉴定的相关问题

To Investigate the Related Problems of Medical Identification in Traumatic Orbital Wall Fracture

目的探讨外伤性眶壁骨折法医学鉴定的相关问题。方法以37例外伤性眶壁骨折伤者作为观察对象,回顾性分析所有伤者的影像学检查结果与法医学鉴定情况。结果本组伤者经CT检查发现其中爆裂性骨折22例,直接骨折11例,其余4例中有3例为陈旧性骨折,1例为先天发育畸形,评定为轻微伤。轻伤29例,重伤8例;拳脚伤17例,交通事故13例,工具不明7例。结论在外伤性眶壁骨折的鉴定中,要将影像学检查结果与骨折围组织反应、受伤经过、既往病史以及先天畸形等因素综合在一起,提高判定的准确性。

Objective To explore the related problems of the forensic medical identification of the traumatic orbital wall fracture.Methods Selected 37 cases of traumatic orbital wall fractures were collected,and the results were retrospectively analyzed.Results The CT examination showed that 22 case of burst fracture,11 cases direct fracture,3 case of old fracture,1 cases of congenital developmental malformation and evaluated slight injury in the rest 4 cases.29 cases of slight injury,8 cases of serious injurie,17 cases of fist injury,13 cases of traffic accident injury,7 cases of unknown tools.Conclusion The results of imaging examination and fracture surrounding tissue reaction,injury,past medical history and congenital malformation were combined to determine the severity of injury.
