前置胎盘类型与妊娠结局分析

Analysis Pregnancy Outcomes and Type of Placenta Previa

目的探讨前置胎盘(PP)类型与妊娠结局的关系。方法根据前置胎盘类型的不同,将144例患者分为边缘性(A组)、部分性(B组)以及完全性(C组)三组,比较三组妊娠结局。结果 C组剖宫产率、子宫切除、产后出血及胎盘粘连等情况均高于其它两组(P<0.05)。结论前置胎盘类型与妊娠结局具有重要的关系。

Objective To investigate the relationship between placenta previa（PP） type and pregnancy outcomes.Methods According to the different types of placenta previa,144 patients were divided into marginal（group A）,partial（group B） and complete（group C）,compared the pregnancy outcomes of three groups.Results The cesarean section rate,uterus resection,postpartum hemorrhage and placenta conglutination of group C were higher than the other two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Pregnancy outcomes are related to the type of placenta previa.
