肠排列术治疗粘连性肠梗阻的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Intestinal Arrangement Surgery in Treatment of Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction

目的探讨肠排列术治疗粘连性肠梗阻的疗效效果。方法选取2013年3月-2014年3月我院收治的200例粘连性肠梗阻患者,将患者按照随机原则分为观察组和对照组,各100例。观察组采用肠排列术治疗,对照组采用改良式外排列术治疗,对比两组患者手术治疗后的疗效,手术时排列肠管的时间,住院时间,手术后有无出现并发症。结果比较两组术后并发症发生率,观察组手术并发症发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对比White法M-A管内排列术与改良式Nobel外排列术在治疗粘连性肠梗阻的效果,两种手术方法的临床效果相当,但White法M-A管内排列术经济费用及患者的住院时间优于改良式Nobel外排列术,手术时间短,出现并发症的情况较少。

Objective To discuss the curative effects of intestinal arrangement for adhesive intestinal obstruction.Methods Selected 200 cases with adhesive intestinal obstruction treated from March 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital,which were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,100 cases each group.The observation group adopted intestinal arrangement and control group adopted improved external arrangement.The curative effects,operation time of intestinal arrangement,LOS and postoperative complications of two groups were compared.Results The incidence rate of postoperative complications of two groups were compared.The incidence rate of operative complications of observation group was lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The White M-A internal arrangement and improved Nobel external arrangement have the similar clinical effects for adhesive intestinal obstruction,in terms of economic costs and LOS,the White M-A internal arrangement is better than improved Nobel external arrangement.The former method has shorter time of operation and fewer complications.
