空管用药与根管充填治疗儿童乳牙牙髓炎的对比分析

Comparative Analysis the Blank Pipe Pharmacy and Root-canal Filling in Treatment of Deciduous Teeth Pulpitis in Child

目的分析对比空管用药及根管充填治疗儿童乳牙牙髓炎的疗效。方法选取2014年5月-2015年5月我院乳牙牙髓炎患儿52例,随机分为两组,各26例。研究组治疗采用空管用药;对照组采用根管充填治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果研究组疼痛发生率为3.85%,治疗成功率为96.15%,均优于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论空管用药治疗儿童乳牙牙髓炎效果优于根管充填。

Objective Comparative analysis the blank pipe pharmacy and root-canal filling in treatment of deciduous teeth pulpitis in child.Methods Selected 52 children patients of deciduous teeth pulpitis from May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital,which randomly divided into two groups,each group had 26 cases,the study group were given pulp canal with nonfilling medication treatment,the control group are given pulp canal with medication filling treatment,compared the treatment effects between two groups.Results The study group pain-symptom occurrence incidence was 3.85% and the treatment efficacy was 96.15% higher than the control group,P〈0.05,was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Pulp canal with non-filling medication treatment is much more preferred in treatment of children patients with deciduous teeth pulpitis compared to pulp canal with medication filling treatment.
