快速试剂盒法和原子荧光法测定水砷含量结果对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析和对比快速试剂盒方法与原子荧光在测量地方性砷中毒区域饮用水中的砷含量的安全性和实际应用价值和意义。方法运用快速试剂盒法和原子荧光方法对700份水样进行有效测定,并分析两种不同监测方式所得结果的差异,运用相关统计学软件进行检验。结果两种方式下的检测结果在符合率上都相对较高,相互之间的差异不明显(P〉0.05),但速测法在0.01-0.10 mg/L范围之内的样品符合率相对原子荧光法更低,差异较为显著(P〈0.05)。结论原子的荧光法相对较为稳定和安全,快速试剂盒的方式操作比较简便,能够在现场进行有效操作。操作人员可选用快速试剂盒法进行初步性筛选,接着运用原子荧光测定的方式对于速测结果显示0.01 mg/L的样品进行定量性分析,能够在很大程度上减少工作量,并提升检测结果的可靠性,实现对地方砷中毒相关工作的实际需求,提升检测结果的准确性。 Objective To analysis and compare the safety and practical application value of rapid reagent box method and atomic fluorescence in the measurement of arsenic content in drinking water in endemic arsenic poisoning area.Methods Selected 700 water samples were determined by rapid reagent box method and atomic fluorescence method,and the differences of the results of two different monitoring methods were analyzed.Results Two ways of detection results in line with the rate are relatively high,the difference between was not obvious(P〉0.05),however,speed measurement method in 0.01 to 0.10 mg/l range of samples with relative atomic fluorescence method was obviously lower.The difference was significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The atomic fluorescence method is relatively stable and safe,and the method of rapid reagent box is simple and can be operated in the field.And then realize the actual needs of the local arsenic poisoning related work,improve the accuracy of the detection results.
