观察甲疏咪唑联合普萘洛尔在甲亢治疗中的临床疗效

To Observe the Clinical Effect of Thiamazole Combine With Propranolol in Treatment of Hyperthyroidism

目的研究甲疏咪唑联合普萘洛尔在甲亢治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取到我院接受治疗的甲亢患者92例作为研究对象,将其随机分成试验组与对照组,各46例。对照组给予甲疏咪唑治疗,试验组给予甲疏咪唑联合普萘洛尔治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果试验组显效率与总有效率均优于对照组,而两组不良反应率无显著差异。结论甲疏咪唑联合普萘洛尔治疗甲亢有着显著的临床效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of thiamazole combine with propranolol in treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods Selected 92 patients with hyperthyroidism in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group had 46 cases.The controlgroup was treated with thiamazole,and the experimental group was treated with thiamazole combine with propranolol.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was better than the control group,and the Untoward effect rate between the two groups was not significantly different.Conclusion Thiamazole combine with propranolol in treatment of hyperthyroidism has a remarkable clinical effect.
