齐拉西酮联合丙戊酸钠治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效分析

Analysis Clinical Curative Effect of Ziprasidone Combine With Sodium Valproate in Treatment of Schizophrenic

目的研究分析精神分裂症使用齐拉西酮联合丙戊酸钠治疗的效果。方法选取2011年2月-2015年4月我院的82例精神分裂症患者进行研究分析,分为对照组和实验组。对照组使用齐拉西酮治疗,实验组患者使用齐拉西酮联合丙戊酸钠治疗,对两组的临床治疗情况、PASS评分以及不良反应发生率进行对比分析。结果实验组临床治疗有效率高于对照组,患者的PASS评分均有所改善,结果存在统计学差异性（P〈0.05）,对照组和实验组的不良反应情况不存在统计学差异性（P〉0.05）。结论临床中精神分裂症患者接受齐拉西酮联合丙戊酸钠治疗的效果好,PASS评分降低幅度大,患者不良反应率低,安全可靠。

Objective To study the effect of schizophrenia with ziprasidone combined with sodium valproate treatment.Methods Selected 82 cases of schizophrenia patients from February 2011 to April 2015 in our hospital to conduct research and analysis,which were divided into the control group and the experimental group,the control groupused of ziprasidone,the experimental group used ziprasidone combined with sodium valproate in treatment.The clinical treatment,PASS score and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was higher than the control group,the PASS scores of the patients were improved,the results showed significant difference（P〈0.05）,and the adverse reactions of the control group and the experimental group were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Clinical schizophrenia patients receiving ziprasidone combined with sodium valproate in the treatment effect is good,the pass score decreased greatly and adverse reactions in patients with low rate,safe and reliable.
