泮托拉唑联合克拉霉素、呋喃唑酮治疗消化性溃疡28例临床效果分析

Analysis Clinical Effect of Pantoprazole Combine With Clarithromycin,Furazolidone in Treatment of 28 Cases With Peptic Ulcer

目的分析泮托拉唑联合克拉霉素、呋喃唑酮治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法依据随机方法,将我院收治的55例消化性溃疡患者分为两组,研究组28例给予泮托拉唑联合克拉霉素、呋喃唑酮治疗,对照组27例给予雷尼替丁联合克拉霉素、呋喃唑酮治疗。结果研究组总有效率为96.43%,幽门螺杆菌根除率为92.86%;对照组总有效率为70.37%,幽门螺杆菌根除率为62.96%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论泮托拉唑联合克拉霉素、呋喃唑酮治疗消化性溃疡,临床疗效明显,幽门螺杆菌根除率高。

Objective To analysis the clinical effect of pantoprazole combined with clarithromycin,furazolidone treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods According to a random method,55 cases of peptic ulcer patients were divided into two groups,the study group of 28 patients received pantoprazole joint clarithromycin,furazolidone treatment,the control group of 27 patients given ranitidine joint carat ADM,furazolidone treatment.Results The total effective rate was 96.43%,H pylori eradication rate was 92.86%,the control group total effective rate was 70.37%,H pylori eradication rate was 62.96%,P〈0.05,was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Pantoprazole joint clarithromycin,furazolidone treatment of peptic ulcer,clinical curative effect,eradication H pylori rate is high.
