米诺环素在皮肤性病治疗中的临床特点分析

Analysis Clinical Characteristics of Minocycline in Treatment of Skin Venereal Disease

目的探讨米诺环素治疗皮肤性病的效果,对该药物治疗皮肤疾病的特点进行分析。方法选取我院2014年1月-2015年1月接收的80例皮肤性疾病患者进行研究分析,探讨米诺环素使用的效果。结果皮肤感染组的治疗率为94%,淋病组治疗率为71%,痤疮的治疗率为87%,宫颈炎的治疗率为91.3%,非淋球菌行尿道炎的治疗率为91%,对比治疗前后效果,淋病患者的治疗率较低,其他均具有统计学意义。结论米诺环素治疗皮肤病能够减少患者的痛苦,临床治疗效果突出,可以对该药物的治疗效果进行更加深入的研究。

Objective To investigate the effect of minocycline in the treatment of skin of the basic,the drug treatment of skin diseases were analyzed.Methods Selected 80 cases of skin disease patients from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital,to explore the effect of used minocycline.Results Treatment of skin infection rate was 94%,gonorrhea group treatment rate was 71%,acne treatment rate was 87%.The treatment of cervicitis rate was 91.3%,blame drenchs urethritis of coccus,treatment rate was 91%.The treatment after the patients compared the effectiveness of,clap patient treatment rate was low,the other was statistically significant.Conclusion The basic treatment of minocycline in the treatment of skin can reduce patient pain,clinical treatment effect is prominent can be on the drug treatment effects were more in-depth study.
