冷敷加多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗新生儿输液渗漏的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Cold Compress Combine With Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream in Treatment of Transfusion Leaky in Newborn

目的探讨冷敷加多磺酸粘多糖乳膏(喜疗妥)疗法用于治疗新生儿输液渗漏的临床疗效。方法选择于我院输液发生渗漏的新生儿110例为研究对象,对照组使用硫酸镁湿敷治疗,观察组实施冷敷加多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗。结果观察组组治疗的总有效率为100%,高于对照组的82.8%,两组存在差异(P<0.01)。结论冷敷加多磺酸粘多糖乳膏疗法应用于新生儿输液渗漏的治疗中取得了良好的临床效果。

Objective To explor the curative effet of cold compress combine with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream in treatment of transfusion leaky in newborn.Methods Selected the 110 cases of newborn with infusion leakage occurred in our hospital as the research object,the control group treated with magnesium sulfate cold compress,implement cold plus hirudoid treated group.Results The observation way of treatment the total effective rate was 100% higher than the control group 82.8%,there were difference in both groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The cold dressing plus hirudoid therapy was applied to the treatment of neonatal poison leakage achieved good clinical effect.
