探讨中医治疗骨性关节炎的临床效果

To Explore the Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Osteoarthritis

目的研究分析骨性关节炎患者接受中医治疗的临床效果。方法根据2009年11月-2014年10月我院的108例骨性关节炎患者进行研究分析,将患者分为中医组和对照组,各54例。对照组使用常规治疗措施,中医组使用中医治疗方式,对两组的临床治疗情况进行观察分析。结果对照组14例治愈,10例显效,30例无效,临床治疗有效率44.4%,中医组32例治愈,19例显效,3例无效,临床有效率94.4%。结论骨性关节炎患者选择中医治疗比较好,患者的治愈率高,有效率高。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods Selected 108 cases of patients with osteoarthritis from November 2009 to October 2014 in our hospital,which were divided into two groups,the traditional Chinese medicinegroup and the control group,each group had 54 cases.The control group used conventional treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine group used traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the clinical treatment of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results There were 14 cases cured,10 cases markedly effective,30 cases ineffective,the effective rate of clinical treatment was 44.4%,traditional Chinese medicine group 32 cases were cured,19 cases were cured,3 cases were effective,cases were invalid,the clinical effective rate was 94.4%.Conclusion The treatment of patients with osteoarthritis is good,the cure rate is high,the effective rate is high.
