中药药浴联合窄谱UVB对寻常型银屑病的治疗价值评析

Evaluate and Analysis the Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicated Bath Combine With Narrow-spectrum UVB in Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的探索中药药浴联合窄谱UVB对寻常型银屑病的治疗价值评析。方法选取160例寻常型银屑病患者作为研究对象,将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组80例,对照组单方面使用窄谱UVB,观察组在对照组的基础上加上中药药浴。结果治疗后,观察组寻常型银屑病患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药药浴联合窄谱UVB对寻常型银屑病的疗效更为确切。

Objective To explore the traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with narrow spectrum UVB evaluation value for treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods Selected 160 cases of psoriasis vulgaris patients as the research object,which were divided into the observation group and the control group,80 cases in each group,the control group on the unilateral use of narrow spectrum UVB,the observed group on the basis of the control group with traditional Chinese medicine bath.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Traditional chinese medicated bath combine with narrow-spectrum UVB in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris has good effect.
