摘要
目的探讨中药熏洗配合功能锻炼在手外伤患者中的作用。方法选取196例手外伤患者按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组98例。对照组实行常规护理,并给予功能锻炼,观察组在对照组的基础上行中药熏洗。对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗配合功能锻炼能有效提高手外伤患者的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the role of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with functional exercise in patients with hand injuries.Methods Selected 196 cases of hand trauma patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,98 cases in each group.Usual care group practice,and be functional training group on the basis of the control group was observed upstream herbal fumigation.Comparing the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results The observation group total effective rate was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Fumigation with exercise can effectively improve the treatment of patients with hand injuries.
