产后大出血的输血护理

Nursing Transfusion of Postpartum Massive Haemorrhage

目的探索和分析产后大出血的输血护理的临床治疗效果。方法选取2013年5月-2014年5月本院所收治的产后大出血患者总共90例,将其划分成对照组和观察组两组,对照组进行常规的治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上进行输血护理治疗,对比两组患者的有效治愈数以及患者对治疗效果的满意度情况。结果对比两组产后大出血患者的情况,观察组治愈成功率高于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义,进行输血护理治疗后的患者对治疗效果更加满意。结论产后大出血患者在常规的治疗的基础上,通过输血护理治疗可有效的控制术后并发症的出现,提高抢救成功率。

Objective To explore and analysis the clinical effect of the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of blood transfusion.Methods Selected 90 patients with postpartum hemorrhage from May 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital,were divided into the control group and the obserevation group,the control group was treated with routine treatment,the observation group were treated with conventional therapy.The effective cure number of the two groups and the satisfaction of the patients to the treatment effect were compared.Results Compared with the two groups of postpartum hemorrhage patients,the observation group success rate of cure was higher than the control group,P〈0.05,was difference had statistically significance,patients were more satisfacted with the curative effect after transfusion nursing.Conlusion Transfusion nursing basis of the rounting treatment in postpartum patients,which is effective control the pastoperative complications and the rate of salvage.
