介入护士围手术期护理干预对冠状动脉介入患者的影响

The Influence of Perioperative Nursing Intervention in Patients With Coronary Artery Intervention

目的探讨护理干预对围手术期冠状动脉介入患者的影响。方法将80例冠脉介入治疗患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40例,实验组在常规治疗和护理基础上加以系统性的心理护理和指导。术中监测患者血压波动情况。应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评表(SDS)进行调查分析。结果两组患者实施护理干预前SAS和SDS得分均超过划界分(50分),而实验组实施护理干预后SAS和SDS得分低于对照组,两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。实验组血压升高的发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论围手术期介入护士的护理干预可改善患者的生活质量,并进一步缓解或消除患者的恐惧、焦虑等不良情绪。

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention of perioperative patients with coronary artery intervention.Methods Selected 80 patients with coronary artery interventional therapy were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,40 cases in each group,the experimental group on the basis of conventional treatment and care,were given the systematic psychological care and guidance.Intraoperative monitoring of patients with blood pressure fluctuations.Application of self-evaluation of anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression（SDS） were investigated.Results The two groups before the implementation of nursing intervention in patients with SAS and SDS score exceed demarcation（50 scored）,and the experimental group after the implementation of nursing intervention in patients with SAS and SDS score was lower than the control group,significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.01）.The experimental group the incidence of high blood pressure is lower than the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Nursing intervention of perioperative interventions nurses can help patients with anxiety and depression and bad mood improve the quality of life of the patients.
