摘要
目的观察护理干预对老年痴呆患者的生活能力及生活质量的影响。方法选择我院治疗的老年痴呆患者60例作为研究对象,随机分两组,各30例。对照组采用常规性护理;观察组采用全面性护理干预。对比两组患者预后MMSE、ADL评分及生活质量改善情况。结果观察组护理后MMSE评分高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组ADL评分低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组生活质量改善情况优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论全面的护理干预能有效提高老年痴呆患者生活能力,改善患者的生活质量水平。
Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on the life quality and life quality of elderly patients with dementia.Methods Selected 60 patients with alzheimer＇s in our hospital as research subjects,which were randomly divided into two groups,each of 30 cases.The control group was applied routine nursing,the observation group was used comprehensive nursing intervention.The prognosis of the two groups were compared with MMSE,ADL score and quality of life improvement.Results The MMSE score of the observation group were higher than the control group,P〈0.05,was difference had statistically significance.The ADL score of the observation group was lower than the control group,P〈0.05,was difference had statistically significance.The improvement of life quality of the patients in the observation group was better than the control group,P〈0.05,was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the living quality of elderly patients with dementia,improve the quality of life of patients.
