摘要
目的观察人性化护理在短暂性脑缺血患者中应用价值。方法选择我院治疗的短暂性脑缺血患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机分两组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理;观察组采用人性化护理方式治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分情况。结果两组患者护理后HAMA和HAMD评分较治疗前比较均有提高(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后HAMA及HAMD评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用人性化护理干预短暂性脑缺血患者,能够有效提高患者治疗效果,改善患者自身身体状况,效果显著。
Objective To observe the application value of humanistic nursing in patients with transient cerebral ischemia.Methods Selected 60 cases of cerebral ischemia in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group,the control group were treated with routine nursing,the observation group was treated with humanistic nursing care.The hamilton depression scale（HAMD）and hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA） score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups were improved after treatment compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）.The HAMA and HAMD scores of observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The adoption of humane nursing intervention in patients with transient ischemic cam improve patient outcomes and the patient＇s own health,the effect is significant.
