慢性精神分裂患者的心理护理干预要点分析

Analysis Point of Psychological Nursing Intervention in Patients With Chronic Schizophrenia

目的分析慢性精神分裂患者的心理护理干预要点。方法将64例患者随机分成对照组和观察组,运用护士观察量表(NOSIE)实施评分,比较相关因素。结果观察组NOSIE因子得分低于对照组,观察组护理效果优于对照组。两组比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论心理护理干预对慢性精神分裂症具有良好的康复效果。

Objective To analysis the main points of psychological nursing intervention in patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods Selected 64 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,the use of nurse observation scale（NOSIE） to implement the score,compared the relevant factors.Results The NOSIE factor scores of the observation group were lower than the control group,and the effect of nursing in the observation group was better than the control group.The two groups were compared,P〈0.05,was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention has obvious effect on the rehabilitation of chronic schizophrenia.
