摘要
目的分析腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿中的围手术期临床护理要点。方法选取我院2013年5月-2015年5月收治的80例卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象。随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组卵巢囊肿患者采用常规护理,观察组采用围手术期护理。结果观察组并发症发生率及对护理的满意程度优于对照组。结论腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿的围手术期临床护理中主要针对患者手术全过程中的心理护理、饮食护理、生命体征监察护理等。
Objective To analysis the key points of perioperative clinical nursing in the treatment of ovarian cysts with laparoscopy.Methods Selected 80 cases of ovarian cyst from May 2013 to May 2015 in our hospital as research object,which were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing care,and the observation group was treated with perioperative nursing.Results The observation group incidence rate of complications and nursing satisfaction were better than the control group.Conclusion The clinical nursing care of patients with ovarian cyst treated by laparoscopy is mainly in the psychological nursing,diet nursing,vitalsigns,nursing.
