摘要
目的观察综合护理干预在首次进行治疗的肺结核患者中的应用效果。方法选取我科2013年8月-2015年6月收治的初治肺结核患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用综合护理干预。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组护理总满意度高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预可提高首次治疗的肺结核患者的临床效果,患者较为满意。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with the first treatment.Methods Selected 90 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis from August 2013 to June 2015 in our department,which were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.Results The observation group clinical total effective rate was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.The total satisfaction of nursing care in the observation group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the clinical effect of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with the first treatment,the patient is more satisfied.
