探析产前及产后护理干预对初产妇母乳喂养的影响

Analysis the Effects of Prenatal and Postpartum Nursing Intervention on Primipara Breast Feeding

目的观察初产妇实施产前、产后护理干预对提高母乳喂养的有效性。方法选择我院接受分娩的82例初产妇作为研究对象,分成观察组与对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予产后及产后护理,对比护理效果。结果观察组产后乳汁分泌时间少于对照组,纯母乳喂养率高于对照组,组间数据对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论初产妇实施产前及产后干预,对提高纯母乳喂养率、加快产后乳汁分泌有着非常重要的作用。

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on the improvement of breast feeding.Methods Selected 82 cases of delivery in hospital as the research object,which was divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group received routine nursing,the observation group was given postpartum nursing,the nursing effect was compared.Results The observation group of postpartum milk secretiontime was less than the control group,the pure breast feeding rate was higher than the control group,the difference between the groups were significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Primipara implementation of prenatal and postnatal intervention plays a very important role in improve the pure breastfeeding rate and accelerate the postpartum milk secretion.
